¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon whole milk
For the marshmallow center:
1 12 ounce container marshmallow crème
For the chocolate Coating:
1 16 ounces bag bittersweet chocolate (preferably Ghirardelli)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or canola oil
BANANA CREAM PIE
2 cups whole milk , room temperature
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large egg yolks , beaten
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 deep dish pie crust , 9 inch
4 bananas , sliced
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 ½ cups chopped pecans
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 cup butter, softened
4 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups seedless blackberry jam
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¼ cup whipping cream
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
